Our shipping processing times are 1-3 days. 

Greetings cards are sent via Royal Mail First class in the UK and shipped 95% nearly on the same day of order. Any other locations take a couple of days and can take up to 7-12 days for delivery. 

Art Prints are sent via different couriers in the UK (usually Evri) and shipped via secure packaging. They will usually take 2-4 days to arrive. Any other locations take a couple of days extra for despatch and can take up to 7-12 days for delivery. 

Gifts and Homewares are sent via different couriers in the UK (usually Evri) and can take 2-4 days again. Any other locations take a couple of days and can take up to 7-12 days for delivery. 

Prices for Delivery range by item Cards are £1.25, Standard gifts and Prints are £2.49, we also offer express shipping on most items for a fee of £5.99. 

If your order is delayed, lost, or misrouted, we take full responsibility for ensuring a resolution. If an item is missing from your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible. After we investigate the issue with the courier, we will send a replacement free of charge. Please note that we are not liable for any additional costs incurred by the customer due to such issues, but we are committed to making things right quickly and efficiently.
